All Levels Vinyasa

Service Description

Come join us for a class designed to introduce you to the flow and balance of a vinyasa class. Vinyasa means to link breath with movement all while building heat, endurance, strength, flexibility, balance and mental focus. This multi-level flow class includes modified, classic and creative sun salutations as well as standing, seated, supine and balance postures. Students will learn basic alignment and build strength each week to support their yoga practice. Options will be given to lighten or intensify poses and transitions as an emphasis is placed on self knowledge and self care, as students are guided to listen and respond skillfully to the wisdom of their own body. Some free flow offered, but always with thorough instruction first. This is an all levels class and will flow slower than a traditional hot vinyasa. Since this class is free for the first month we want to make sure that you only book the class if you intend to go. If you are unable to make it, please cancel your reservation as soon as you are able to so that the spot may be filled by someone else. We have a limited supply of rental mats at the studio for $3 each - please bring cash if you need a rental.

Cancellation Policy

Please understand that space is very limited and therefor cancellations made less than 4 hours prior to the start of class or no shows will result in the use of that class, for unlimited package holders there will be a $10 fee and we will send you an invoice for payment. For private classes late cancellations and no shows are charged the full booking rate. If you know you are unable to make a class, please cancel it as soon as you are able to in order to make that spot available for someone else. Thank you!
