Service Description

Come wind down the day with us in an incredibly peaceful atmosphere. The room is lit with candles and mellow music will be playing as we honor our body’s need to slow down a bit. This slower-paced class links breath and movement in a fluid standing sequence combined with some relaxing and restorative stretches to help unwind and let go. While this class is slower, still expect to workup some heat and find your way to a much deserved longer savasana at the end. Leave feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. All bodies and all experience levels welcome. Room is heated to around 95 degrees.

Cancellation Policy

Please understand that space is very limited and therefor cancellations made less than 4 hours prior to the start of class or no shows will result in the use of that class, for unlimited package holders there will be a $10 fee and we will send you an invoice for payment. For private classes late cancellations and no shows are charged the full booking rate. If you know you are unable to make a class, please cancel it as soon as you are able to in order to make that spot available for someone else. Thank you!
