The beginning of the new year is traditionally a time of reflection, resolve, and renewal. Take time to consider what would be helpful to your life in the coming year, commit to your practice and clarify your intentions for the coming year. Join Jenn C for an all-levels class to help unbind and let go of what no longer serves you while considering how to meet the future with ease, relaxation, and joy. The class is focused on body awareness, breath, and meditation and is infused with bits of yogic wisdom and positive affirmations. All levels are welcome. Step into our most gentle class on the schedule, a practice suitable for all experience levels. Whether you're brand new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, you'll find your place here. The room is softly illuminated, setting the stage for a soothing and nurturing experience. This class is a peaceful and calming journey, emphasizing the harmony of breath with gentle, flowing movements, passive and supported poses, and restorative stretches. It's important to note that the majority of the session is spent on the floor, with a relatively short standing portion. This makes it an ideal choice for beginners and those navigating injuries, limited mobility, or anyone who simply prefers a softer, more gentle approach to yoga. Room is heated to 95 degrees.
Please understand that space is very limited and therefor cancellations made less than 4 hours prior to the start of class or no shows will result in the use of that class, for unlimited package holders there will be a $10 fee and we will send you an invoice for payment. For private classes late cancellations and no shows are charged the full booking rate. If you know you are unable to make a class, please cancel it as soon as you are able to in order to make that spot available for someone else. Thank you!
