This style of yoga focuses on flowing sequences of postures linked seamlessly with breath, creating a moving meditation that builds strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. This class encourages you to tune into the rhythm of your breath and the wisdom of your body. Through mindful movement and focused awareness, you’ll explore a state of flow that supports both physical and mental well-being. With an emphasis on self-awareness and self-care, you’ll be guided to move at your own pace, listening to your body and responding with intention. Whether you're looking to build stamina, deepen your practice, or simply enjoy the meditative quality of movement, this class offers something for everyone. All levels are welcome!

Cancellation Policy

Please understand that space is very limited and therefor cancellations made less than 4 hours prior to the start of class or no shows will result in the use of that class, for unlimited package holders there will be a $10 fee and we will send you an invoice for payment. For private classes late cancellations and no shows are charged the full booking rate. If you know you are unable to make a class, please cancel it as soon as you are able to in order to make that spot available for someone else. Thank you!
