Embrace Fall: A Time of Reflection and Renewal Fall is a season of balance, reflection, and letting go. As nature transitions and trees shed their leaves in preparation for winter’s rest, we, too, are reminded to turn inward, reevaluate our priorities, and release what no longer serves us. It’s a powerful time to embrace change, reflect, and breathe deeply as we accept the impermanence that defines life. What is Breathwork? Healing Breathwork is a transformative practice that harnesses the power of your breath to access your body’s natural ability to heal. By oxygenating the entire body, this modality helps release trapped emotions and clear stagnant energy, often described as experiencing years of therapy in a single session without saying a word. What to Expect: This unique Silent Disco Breathwork session combines the immersive experience of a silent disco with the powerful practice of breathwork. You’ll wear headphones that deliver a guided breathwork session, creating a deeply personal yet collective journey. Here’s how the session will unfold: • Introduction: Jojo will start with an overview of breathwork, how the session works, and how to use the headphones. • Guided Meditation: We’ll begin with a short meditation to ground and prepare. • Active Breathwork: Lying down on your mat, you will be guided through a 30-minute active breathing session. • Integration & Rest: After the breathwork, we’ll spend 20-30 minutes in stillness, allowing time for reflection and integration of the experience. • Sharing Circle: We’ll conclude by coming together in a circle, sharing the space, and reflecting on our individual and collective journeys. Prepping for Your Session: • No Experience Needed: All levels are welcome. • Bring a Yoga Mat: Rentals are available at the studio if needed. • Dress Comfortably: Wear loose, comfortable clothing. • Light Eating: Avoid heavy meals 2-3 hours before the session. • Hydrate: Bring a water bottle. • Stay Clear-Headed: Please avoid alcohol and recreational drugs before the session (prescription medications are fine). Come with a clear mind and an open heart, ready to explore your inner landscape. Cancellation Policy
Please understand that space is very limited and therefor cancellations made less than 4 hours prior to the start of class or no shows will result in the use of that class, for unlimited package holders there will be a $10 fee and we will send you an invoice for payment. For private classes late cancellations and no shows are charged the full booking rate. If you know you are unable to make a class, please cancel it as soon as you are able to in order to make that spot available for someone else. Thank you!
