Step into our "Strong Slow Flow" class, where you'll experience the essence of a vinyasa practice, thoughtfully slowed down to savor the journey. In this class, we embrace strong holds and soothing stretches, finding balance between power and release on your yoga mat. Move through the practice with mindfulness, cultivating both strength and balance with intention and purpose. As you navigate the poses, cherish the opportunity to decelerate, move mindfully yet powerfully, and breathe deeply, connecting with your inner strength and serenity. This class is open to participants of all levels, offering a space for exploration and growth. Enhance your physical and mental equilibrium while savoring the essence of a strong yet mindful practice. Room is heated to 95-100.
Please understand that space is very limited and therefor cancellations made less than 4 hours prior to the start of class or no shows will result in the use of that class, for unlimited package holders there will be a $10 fee and we will send you an invoice for payment. For private classes late cancellations and no shows are charged the full booking rate. If you know you are unable to make a class, please cancel it as soon as you are able to in order to make that spot available for someone else. Thank you!
