Service Description

We will now be simultaneously teaching in studio and online. With this change, the teacher will be checking people in at the desk and start the online class at the start time. This means you will be put into a waiting room until they are in the studio room to start the class. Have some light weights (2 or 3lbs or use cans of food or bottles of water), a chair or stool, mat, and water all within range. Props that we may use are: light weights (2-3lbs) or use some bottles of water or canned goods loop bands (or booty bands) air ball (5 and below have them) or use a pillow sliders (if you have carpeted floors paper plates work or if you have hard floors small towels or socks work) resistance bands with handles Barre is a full body low impact workout fusing the foundations of ballet, Pilates, and yoga. The class is fast paced and your muscles will be worked to fatigue with small controlled movements to create longer, leaner stronger muscles with minimal stress on your joints. Every minute of this class is utilized, resulting in a total body workout that leaves you mentally strong and feeling accomplished. Your body will be shaking and burning for sure, but in a good way to let you know that change is happening! Each class is set to upbeat music and ends with a mindful cool down.
