This class is geared toward getting you stronger, more toned, more confident, and more empowered to take on life as it presents itself. This total body, low impact, strength training workout uses a variety of equipment, including dumbbells and resistance bands, to build a strong foundation in order to continually achieve results. The music will fuel your fire and our instructors will encourage you to continually progress so you walk out of class feeling like the warrior that you are! For those of you at home: We use some heavier weights and props in this class. Here is a list of what would be helpful to join: weights (5, 8, 10, and 12lbs) - having a set of maybe 5 and 10lb weights or 5 and 8lb would be good. loop bands (or booty bands) air ball (5 and below have them) or use a pillow sliders (if you have carpeted floors paper plates work or if you have hard floors small towels or socks work) resistance bands with handles
Please understand that space is very limited and therefor cancellations made less than 4 hours prior to the start of class or no shows will result in the use of that class, for unlimited package holders there will be a $10 fee and we will send you an invoice for payment. For private classes late cancellations and no shows are charged the full booking rate. If you know you are unable to make a class, please cancel it as soon as you are able to in order to make that spot available for someone else. Thank you!
