This is a fast paced class that mixes high intensity intervals with bodyweight exercises, barre work and yoga working to achieve an all over body shaking experience. Class starts out with a quick warm-up followed by a heart pumping interval round. From there we work the arms, thighs, glutes, core, and more! Get your body and mind fired up with this 60 minute workout. This is our version of HiiT the Barre in a masked world. We will still bump the tunes and make everything burn, but it's a little slower and there are no high intensity moves to worry about. This class will work every inch of your body and have you leave feeling like you went to the club, but instead of dropping your change on a hefty bar tab you'll be dropping some serious sweat and be bumping up the muscle burn! For those of you at home, we use a variety of props (but they are not required) - it helps to have the following: light weights (2-3lbs) or use some bottles of water or canned goods loop bands (or booty bands) air ball (5 and below have them) or use a pillow sliders (if you have carpeted floors paper plates work or if you have hard floors small towels or socks work) resistance bands with handles
Please understand that space is very limited and therefor cancellations made less than 4 hours prior to the start of class or no shows will result in the use of that class, for unlimited package holders there will be a $10 fee and we will send you an invoice for payment. For private classes late cancellations and no shows are charged the full booking rate. If you know you are unable to make a class, please cancel it as soon as you are able to in order to make that spot available for someone else. Thank you!
