We have a wide range of classes varying from very mellow and restorative to invigorating and physically challenging. We invite you to find the right mix according to what you need on that given day. We've arranged our list of classes in order from most relaxing to most physically challenging. All classes welcome beginners ALL THE TIME!

If you are looking to start at a slower pace and intensity we recommend the following:
Gentle Nidra, Gentle Flow, Sweat and Surrender, Rooted by Candlelight, Candlelight Reset, Candlelight Slow Burn, and Mellow Flow

If you are looking for something a little more invigorating and more physically challenging we recommend: Sunrise Vinyasa, Strong Slow Flow, Hip Hop Yoga, Barre, and Sculpt
This class is truly for all levels, and is designed to ease you into a state of deep relaxation and stillness. This class will begin with a 30 minute session of gentle yoga, moving through a series of seated and mat-based postures connecting your breath to your body, improving relaxation, flexibility and recovery.
In the second half of class, the teacher will guide you through a form of meditation known as Yoga Nidra or “yogic sleep.” Yoga Nidra is a state of consciousness that is said to be “peace beyond words” it’s the ultimate practice of non-doing. It is appropriate for all skill levels and is practiced lying comfortably on your back. Yoga Nidra soothes the nervous system and allows the body to relax and release tension. The practice also helps to quiet the mind and create a state of inner peace.
