All of our classes are heated with far infrared radiant heat with current temps between 85-90. Please bring your own mat and props you may need.
Suitable for all levels. A restful, calming class focused on breath accompanied with physical postures of gentle flowing movements, passive and supported poses, and releasing stretches. This is a perfect beginning yoga class that is also appropriate for those working with injury, limited mobility, or who prefer a softer, gentler approach to yoga.
A mindful practice of intentionally linking your breath to movement. Time will be spent early in the practice developing an intentional breath to focus on throughout the practice. We will design flows that can be kept simple on days when you want less, and could be easily modified or varied if you need an extra challenge to bring you to an edge. This is a class any yogi – whether you are a complete beginner, or someone who practices
Candlelight Slow Burn
From slower progressive sequences, to longer holding postures, your entire body and mind are brought into balance in this intense yet focused and calming class. You will hold poses a little longer allowing you the opportunity to experience your practice with greater sensitivity and awareness. While it’s slower pace you will undoubtedly feel the burn as you build muscle, inner strength and stamina. You will be encouraged to explore all the benefits of each posture while finding your personal balance of challenge and release. A nice savasana at the end ensures you have the time and environment to finish your practice your way.
Strong Slow Flow
This class still has the feel of a vinyasa class, yet taking time to slow it down and pause as we find both strong holds and releasing stretches. You will move mindfully while building both strength and balance on the yoga mat. Enjoy slowing down, moving mindfully but powerfully, and breathing deeply. Open to all levels.
Vinyasa is an energizing and vigorous style of yoga which consists of a continuous series of flowing postures linked together with breath. This class integrates meditation and mindfulness practice with yoga asana, encouraging heightened awareness of breath and body in order to guide one’s attention to the present moment. An emphasis is placed on self knowledge and self care, as students are guided to listen and respond skillfully to the wisdom of their own body. Some free flow offered, but always with thorough instruction first. Room is currently heated to between 85 and 90 degrees and all classes are being toned down and modified to accommodate the wearing of masks.
All levels are welcome to join this vigorous practice in finding one's state of flow!
A balancing blend of vinyasa flow and long slow holds with an emphasis on breath. Expect a longer warm up, and plenty of time for a cool down, with lots of movement in between. This class is suitable for all levels and many modifications and intensities will be offered. Some free flow offered, but always with thorough instruction first.
Barre and Fitness Classes
The heat varies by class, but most barre classes are 85-90, with the exception of the LiiT class that is 80.
Barre is a full body low impact workout fusing the foundations of ballet, Pilates, and yoga. The class is fast paced and your muscles will be worked to fatigue with small controlled movements to create longer, leaner stronger muscles with minimal stress on your joints. Every minute of this class is utilized, resulting in a total body workout that leaves you mentally strong and feeling accomplished. Your body will be shaking and burning for sure, but in a good way to let you know that change is happening! Each class is set to upbeat music and ends with a mindful cool down.
The Barre is LiiT
This is our version of HiiT the Barre in a masked world. We will still bump the tunes and make everything burn, but it's a little slower and there are no high intensity moves to worry about. This class will work every inch of your body and have you leave feeling like you went to the club, but instead of dropping your change on a hefty bar tab you'll be dropping some serious sweat and muscle growth! The heat is lower around 80 for this class. * Warning - this class plays music that isn't always censored.
This class is geared toward getting you stronger, more toned, more confident, and more empowered to take on life as it presents itself . This total body, low impact, strength training workout uses a variety of equipment, including dumbbells and resistance bands, to build a strong foundation in order to continually achieve results. The music will fuel your fire and our instructors will encourage you to continually progress so you walk out of class feeling like the warrior that you are!

This class is designed to build core muscle groups while improving posture through performing a variety of exercises that strengthen the abdomen and back muscles and increase flexibility. The instructor may include a variety of equipment in this great workout.
