About the event
A rotating community yoga class designed to make movement accessible, welcoming, and a little bit adventurous. Each week, a different Firefly instructor takes the lead and brings their own style, energy, music, and flavor to the room.
To start, you'll find:
• Rae Sherman – Body & Soul Sunday Flow
A groove-driven, heart-led hot vinyasa flow with soulful energy, feel-good music, and playful movement designed to help you reset before the week ahead.
• Madison Chambers – Vinyasa Flow
A breath-centered flow that links movement and breath, building strength, mobility, balance, and presence.
