What is Barre?
Barre is a full-body workout that fuses strength training, cardio, flexibility, balance, and core conditioning into one fiery package. It’s inspired by ballet, but forget the pink tights—this is barre, Firefly-style: heat, heart, and plenty of sass.

You’ll pulse, squeeze, shake, and sweat through small but mighty movements that light up muscles you didn’t know you had. Then we layer in bigger, functional moves to crank up the intensity (and the heat—we keep it around 90°F so your muscles stay warm and your sweat flows).

Barre is low-impact but high-intensity, making it perfect whether you’re brand-new or a fitness junkie. Expect your muscles to shake, your posture to improve, and your confidence to rise.

The Firefly Spin
Barre was born in the 1950s as a dancer’s way to heal. At Firefly, we honor those roots with less perfection, more sweat, and a whole lot of self-love. Our barre blends Pilates, yoga, strength training, and functional fitness for something fierce yet forgiving.

SCULPT
Think: gym workout energy - without having to think.
Sculpt is our full-body strength class built around intervals and circuits that change by day and instructor. You’ll use heavier weights (5–20 lbs), resistance bands, sliders, and bodyweight to build strength reminders you’ll carry off the mat and into real life.

Classes are typically 60 minutes, but life happens—if you need to leave early, just let your instructor know, cool down properly, and slip out quietly. We’ve got you.
