Candlelight Aerial is a 90-minute adults-only experience designed to help you feel held, gently mobilized, and deeply rested — all with the support of the hammocks.
This is not a fast-paced aerial flow. It’s an opportunity to explore supported stretching, decompression, and slow, intentional movement using the silks. You’ll build light warmth through guided mobility and gentle suspended shapes, allowing the body to open without strain.
We’ll explore an optional inversion or two during class. Time spent upside down is minimal — anywhere from 30 seconds to a couple of minutes — and completely based on how you feel. Inversions are always guided and never required. The first portion of class is…
