Service Description

A rotating community yoga class designed to make movement accessible, welcoming, and a little bit adventurous. Each week, a different Firefly instructor takes the lead and brings their own style, energy, music, and flavor to the room. To start, you'll find: • Rae Sherman – Body & Soul Sunday Flow A groove-driven, heart-led hot vinyasa flow with soulful energy, feel-good music, and playful movement designed to help you reset before the week ahead. • Madison Chambers – Vinyasa Flow A breath-centered flow that links movement and breath, building strength, mobility, balance, and presence. • Jess Mapes – Slow Flow A slower-paced practice with mindful movement, longer holds, and space to breathe, stretch, and reconnect. As the class evolves, additional Firefly instructors may step in and bring their own unique offerings to the schedule. The one thing that stays the same? A welcoming space to move, breathe, connect, and show up exactly as you are. This class is open to all levels and is offered at a community rate of just $10, or you can use any regular class package or membership.
