Service Description

Family Flow is a playful, heart-centered yoga experience designed for parents, caregivers, and the young fireflies in their lives. Through movement, music, mindfulness, and laughter, families are invited to slow down, reconnect, and create meaningful memories together. Each class blends simple, age-appropriate yoga, partner poses, breathing exercises, games, and four featured grounding poses that families can continue practicing together long after class ends. Set to an upbeat playlist featuring music from across the decades, every class encourages confidence, connection, and fun while introducing yoga in an approachable and memorable way. No yoga experience is necessary—just come ready to move, laugh, stretch, and enjoy intentional time together. Perfect for: - Parents, grandparents, or approved caregivers with children ages 4–12 - Families looking for a fun, screen-free way to connect - All experience levels Pricing: $20 – 1 parent/caregiver + 1 child $25 – 1 parent/caregiver + 2 children $30 – 1 parent/caregiver + 3 children Please arrive 15 minutes early. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one. We have a limited number of loaner mats available.

Cancellation Policy

Studio & Participation RulesActive Participation: Adults must remain in the studio and actively participate with their children for the entire duration of the session. Waiver Requirement: A physical liability waiver must be signed at the studio for each participating child before the class begins. Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete this. Cancellations & Rescheduling Policy: We do not offer cash or credit card refunds. 4-Hour Cancellation Window: If you need to cancel, you must do so at least 4 hours before the class starts. Future Class Credit: Cancellations made at least 4 hours in advance will receive a class credit to attend a future Family Flow session. Cancellations made under the 4-hour mark or no-shows forfeit their payment.
