FREE Barre Training Practice Class

Service Description

These complimentary 60-minute classes are led by our Barre Instructor Trainees as they begin the exciting transition from training to teaching. Each class is an opportunity for them to gain real-world experience, build confidence, and practice leading a room with the encouragement of our amazing community. Depending on the class, you may have one instructor or a team of up to three trainees sharing the teaching experience. The workout itself is everything you love about Firefly Barre—a dynamic fusion of ballet, Pilates, and yoga designed to strengthen, lengthen, and challenge your entire body. Through controlled, low-impact movements, you'll build muscular endurance, improve balance and stability, and leave feeling stronger from the inside out. Expect moments of shaking muscles, upbeat music, and that satisfying post-class feeling of accomplishment. These classes are free and open to everyone, whether it's your first barre class or your fiftieth. Your energy, encouragement, and presence help create a supportive environment where our future instructors can grow while you enjoy a fantastic workout.
