This class is a peaceful and calming journey, emphasizing the harmony of breath with gentle, flowing movements, passive and supported poses, and restorative stretches. It's important to note that the majority of the session is spent on the floor, with a relatively short standing portion.

 

This makes it an ideal choice for beginners and those navigating injuries, limited mobility, or anyone who simply prefers a softer, more gentle approach to yoga.

In this unhurried session, we seamlessly merge breath with movement, guiding you through a graceful standing sequence complemented by gentle stretches. This combination promotes relaxation and a liberating sense of release, allowing you to unwind and let go.

 

Despite the deliberate pace, expect a gradual warmth to envelop you, culminating in a well-deserved extended savasana. Embrace this opportunity to reset, and depart feeling rejuvenated, serene, and prepared for a restful night's sleep.
