Hannah Reed

Introduction:

Hi! I’m Hannah. I grew up in Mason, Michigan. I’ve been attending classes at Firefly for about four years and recently joined the team after feeling consistently drawn to the positive, uplifting environment. Every time I left class, I felt both physically and mentally stronger — and truly part of a community.

Beyond the Studio:

Outside the studio, Hannah stays busy being an active participant in her community. She’s

involved with her local youth and garden clubs and volunteers at the Lansing Food Bank

Resource Center. She loves spending time outdoors camping, hiking, kayaking, and traveling. One of her favorite post-class rituals is grabbing a coffee and a light breakfast or bagel sandwich after Saturday yoga. Time with friends and family is what brings her the most joy.
