Looking for a Valentine’s Day plan that’s fun, feel-good, and guaranteed to make you smile? Enter: Exercise by Accident—a high-energy line dancing class led by the one-and-only Tiffany Norde and David Norde.
This beginner-friendly, all-levels-welcome class breaks down several line dances step by step, making it easy to jump in no matter your experience. Expect Hip Hop, R&B, and Soul, lots of laughter, and movement that feels more like a party than a workout.
